This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. The goal of the CHSI's Dental Clinics is to provide the public with patient centered comprehensive preventive therapeutic dental care. Board certified dentists will provide you with dental services of the highest quality. Services:  General Dentistry  Cleanings  Fillings  Extractions  Dentures  Crowns Services are provided at discounted (sliding fee scale) rates for those who qualify based on gross annual income and family size. Dental Hours:  Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 5:30 pm. Saturday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
